Both these songs were written some time during summer 2001. We recorded initial demos in September of that year before recording the versions that appear on this release in early 2002 at a studio in Coventry. The session was engineered by Dan Layton.

Two other songs were recorded at the same time - a first attempt at Be He That Lives To Telephonic Only, which later appeared on "I Felt Nothing At All", and an untitled short-ish track which we never released on the grounds that it wasn't very good.

In typically tardy fashion, we finally got round to releasing this EP in 2003 on Telesphere Recordings.
